PARK FALLS, Wisc. (June 6, 2022) – Anglers attending St. Croix Customer Appreciation Day in person next Saturday, June 18, will enjoy an experience no other rod manufacturer offers on such a personal level. The unique event at the St. Croix Factory in Park Falls, Wisconsin will include ample camaraderie, fun opportunities to learn about the rod-building process, informative fishing seminars from top anglers, casting classes, a free brat lunch, prize drawings, special deals on St. Croix Rods and Apparel, plus incredible live music by UMG Nashville recording artist, Kassi Ashton, and Joe Bucher and the Top Raiders.
If you aren’t yet familiar with Kassi Ashton, you should be. The California, Missouri singer/songwriter is one of us… an angler, hunter and taxidermist who makes incredible music, in addition to her own clothes. She just released her debut single, Dates in Pickup Trucks, a song she wrote and produced with Luke Laird and Dennis Garcia – a breezy tune that combines Ashton’s unmistakable R&B influences with a contrasting steel guitar to create a sound all her own. “Dates in Pickup Trucks is meant to be sang along to, with the wheels rolling you forward and the speakers taking you back to more carefree times,” Ashton says. “I can’t wait to play it for all the new fishing friends I plan to meet in Park Falls.” Ashton will perform live from 4:00 to 5:00 PM.

Joe Bucher needs no introduction in fishing circles. The legendary Fresh Water Hall of Famer has spent decades helping anglers become more successful through his Fishing with Joe Bucher TV show, articles, and seminars, with his fishing lures and tackle, as well as in the pages of Musky Hunter magazine, the publication Bucher founded in the 1980’s. Many anglers also know Bucher to be a bona fide blues man. Joe and his band, the Top Raiders, will perform live at Customer Appreciation Day from 2:00 to 3:30 PM.
