MUSKEGON, Mich. (July 25, 2023) – Whether you’re on the climate change bus or not, there’s no denying we’re in a historical heat wave – border to border, coast to coast. Oceanic and freshwater anglers alike were initiating June fishing patterns in July and now treating the rest of the summer like the notorious dog days.
While the heat is keeping some folks off the water, the serious amongst us are still venturing out. That might mean launching before sunrise and calling it by noon, or just plucking at the last couple hours of sunlight. But, regardless, we’re going out.
Fishing shorts are now an everyday, all-day thing. No zipping off the legs on pants/shorts combos or changing into shorts when the sun spikes. You launch in shorts, fish in shorts, go home in shorts, and might even wear them to bed, too exhausted to change.
With that in mind, you might as well be donning the best, aka WHITEWATER Fishing’s new Rapids™ Fishing Shorts.
